For assistance with purchases made at our resort retail locations, please contact us at shop@deervalley.com.

 

RETURNS

Please reach out to shopdeervalley@bristmfg.com with your order number and reason for return. Shipping charges and any taxes paid on shipping are not refunded. Items must be sent back unused/unworn with original tags and packaging. Once your return package has been delivered to us, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect in your original form of payment. If your item unfortunately arrived damaged, please send us photos of the damaged item and shipping box.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will ship as soon as your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, so we encourage you to send back your items as soon as possible. Once your return package has been delivered to us, please allow 5-10 business days for your exchange to ship. To start an exchange, please email us at shopdeervalley@bristmfg.com with your order number and which size you’d like to exchange for.

 

ELIGIBLITY FOR RETURN

Custom items, sale items, and items that have been used/worn cannot be returned. Other items that have been unused or unworn with their original tags and packaging may be returned or exchanged.  

 

REFUNDS

Please contact us at shop@deervalley.com for assistance with items purchased at our resort retail locations. Items that have been purchased online cannot be returned to our retail locations.
